A blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, the Ceppaianio Alle Viole is a charming expression of an exciting new coastal area of Tuscany. Adding Cabernet Sauvignon for dimension and vibrancy to the traditionally made Sangiovese, Castellani creates an Italian red that is just bursting with flavor. Aromas of red cherries and raspberries, flowers, and spices are met by soft yet structured tannins, with nice length and depth on the palate. Hand-picked and aged for 12 months in French oak, this is an amazing everyday Italian red.
